WhatEverItTakes:.Day Four:.

How Beautiful the hands that served

The Wine and the Bread and the sons of the earth

How beautiful the feet that walked

The long dusty road and the hill to the cross

How Beautiful, how beautiful, how beautiful is the body of Christ

How Beautiful the heart that bled

That took all my sins and bore it instead

How beautiful the tender eyes

That choose to forgive and never despise

How beautiful, how beautiful, how beautiful is the body of Christ

And as He lay down His life

We offer this sacrifice

That we will live just as He died

Willing to pay the price

Willing to pay the price

How Beautiful the radiant bride

Who waits for her Groom with His light in her eyes

How Beautiful when humble hearts give

The fruit of pure love so that others may live

How beautiful, how beautiful, how beautiful is the body of Christ

How beautiful the feet that bring

The sound of good news and the love of the King

How Beautiful the hands that serve

The wine and the bread and the sons of the Earth

How Beautiful, how beautiful, how beautiful is the body of Christ

It was beautiful yesterday. But it was a hard day where darkness fought with everything it had. As the day went on it became more intense. I watched women filled with pain battle and men that were bound struggle. I don't even have words to describe what happened yesterday because I just don't have any.

Later in the afternoon I was asked to share along with Daniel about how we handled our parents sin when it first happened. It was one of the hardest things to do but so amazing at the same time. pouring out is a hard thing, but do you know what is so amazing?! Getting filled back up....through the embraces of people and words of hope. It was awesome. He was glorified in so many aspects, Daniel shared things that he didn't have to but instead he died to himself and poured out life.

The evening came and the lights were turned off and the candles were lit. The bread and juice was set on the tables and the hall was lined with candles. The music played as the couples came up and entered the room. Immediately I wept seeing each one enter the room knowing that He was here waiting for them to come to Him.

Today is the end of the conference. It is not over yet though.Keep praying.

WhatEverItTakes:.Day Three:.

Have you ever looked in someones eyes and seen everything you need to know about them? Ever looked at a face and saw it etched with the years of pain and hurt? Alot of that was seen yesterday as people were getting purged from their pasts. When truth is in the midst and is heavy and thick it pushes out the lies that are in there. Truth shines in the dark and castes it out.

As yesterday went on I watched the lives around me acknowledge the truth that was presented to them, i saw others also reject it. One that shook my world was a couple that was in the hallway with my parents. What broke my heart was listening to this father care less about what was happeneing to his family. He was so self centered and blind to those that were falling apart around him. I was allowed to speak life to the man that I so badly wanted to slap. But Jesus showed me that this is where we could be like Himself to this man that didn't deserve it at all. When truth in love was spoken to him, he broke and tears flowed as he cried. It was amazing and impacted me so much.

What was amazing was hearing how the different women here have also taken on the roll of Jesus to their husbands. Those that have been through hell and have not allowed themselves to stay in the pit. Those women that have surrended their lives to Jesus and have allowed Him to love through them to the unloveable. They spoke life to the women that haven't come out of the pit yet and it was a beautiful thing to watch and listen to.

I know that my thoughts are not flowing so great together right now, there is just so much going on in there that it all gets jumbled trying to see what can come out first! So the bottom line is that He is doing amazing things here(I know I use the word amazing alot but it really is :) )

Keep praying. The battle is not over yet.

WhatEverItTakes:.Day Two:.

"We are expecting God to meet us with a miracle"

"Walls have been broken down, I am actually able to experience emotions now"

"We have been able to start enjoying God's goodness"

"I WILL NOT STOP- I will DECLAIRE goodness, delieverment and freedom to the spiritual world"

HOPE in the dark-light is on the way

Come let us worship and bow down. Let us kneel before the Lord Our God and Maker

Those were a few words of life that were spoken just durning our team leader meetings yesterday. Each one of those quotes were from couples that had attended any where from 2-7 WIT conferences. We sat in a room that was still under construction (saws running, hammers pounding, dry wall dust drifting in the halls) But it didn't matter because there was a peave and a stillness in the midst of it all. We stayed in that room for 3 1/2 hours as every person shared what was going on in their lives. No one held back anything, all masks were taken and stripped away. It was the most beautiful thing that we experienced in that room.

So the entire day was packed with getting ready, preparing everything for the couples that were soon to arrive. Then they did start arriving. I jsut say back for a bit and watch each face, some were evident of years of hurt and others did a good job of hiding it, yet when they thought no one was looking it showed up clearly on their face. The couples came into the auditorium and as soon as the worship was over the wedding march was played as Ray and Jane walked down the aisle in full wedding garb. After the skit, Paul and Jenny started off with the first session.

The night ended and again I just say back and watched each person that walked around me. It was amazing to see the diversity that was around me. Old,young, conservative, liberal-it was all here. I know that he is going to do amazing things in each of their lives. It was so awesome to see them all interact and talk with each other...they enjoyed that so much that a couple of them almost missed thier shuttle to the hotel :) After every one had left we transformed the room - tore down chairs and set up 11 round tables with complementary kleenex boxes and chocolate. Once that was complete we prayed and went to our rooms. It was an amazing day. HE was so good-every detail was taken care of, there was no stress at all throughout the day. He receives all the honor and glory.

Here is a list of team leaders that you can pray for-
Rey & Jane Alvaranga

Tom & Cathy Gaige

David & Juanita Burkey

Mark & Sue Hinrichsen

Jason & Kathryn Kempson

Boone & Pam Nicolls

..soar..

"I discovered an astounding truth: God is attracted to weakness. He can't resist those who humbly and honestly admit how desperately they need him. Our weakness, in fact, makes room for his power."

It is something that blows my mind. It is a truth that many know- when we are weak, God is strong. I have been having to just rest in that truth. I know that he is trustowrthy and I know that He will never give more than I can handle. I know also that He doesn't want me to be stagnant-growth is a good thing. I don't have to do anything except rest in Him. Right now I do need Him, and because of that I know that His power will have room to spread around. It's not that He really needed to wait for me to acknowledge that, but it does help things on my end.

Isaiah 40:28-31

28 Do you not know?

Have you not heard?

The LORD is the everlasting God,

the Creator of the ends of the earth.

He will not grow tired or weary,

and his understanding no one can fathom.

29 He gives strength to the weary

and increases the power of the weak.

30 Even youths grow tired and weary,

and young men stumble and fall;

31 but those who hope in the LORD

will renew their strength.

They will soar on wings like eagles;

they will run and not grow weary,

they will walk and not be faint.

When I'm weak,He makes me strong
When I'm blind, He shines His light on me
I will never get by living off my out ability

iniquity

Sins-forgiven

Iniquity-pardoned

Transgressions-blotted out

So have you been hit with invading thoughts? Anger, rage, dark, giving up, ect? The ones that are intense and make you think “where in the world did that come from?” are the iniquities coming to visit. Pray that they will be pardoned and ask for the pardon for your forefathers as well. That is all that needs to be done, pray that iniquity prayer and move on. You don’t have to let them cloud around you.

Embrace the fact that you are NOT right and that you DON’T have it all together. If you did then you wouldn’t need Him. Acknowledge your wrongness and His rightness. That is what righteousness is-agreeing with what is right. Walk in His rightness, not your own.

We need to just die-let Him know that we will be His people.

We are here to get INFECTED with God-that is our purpose. No one can take that away, we can leave this place and take it with us where ever we go.

Abide in His righteousness, peace and joy.

There are two words for ‘in’

Ice- within

En-rest, abide, live under the roof of

The word ‘in’ means in this case to go into those things-let them surround you.

Romans 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit

When you let those things surround you the other outside invading thoughts have no place.

People are going to see the difference. They will enjoy looking at it, hearing the beautiful melody, smelling the sweet fragrance. However, that’s all they will do is admire it. Just like in Ezekiel -

Ezekiel 33:32 And, lo, thou art unto them as a very lovely song of one that hath a pleasant voice, and can play well on an instrument: for they hear thy words, but they do them not.

ask

Are you willing to be disappointed? Humanly speaking that is. Would you allow yourself to become that vulnerable to ask for Him to do big things even if they don’t happen? He says to ask—so why don’t we? Why are we afraid to ask for His blessing? I always think of Jabez. I remember reading the book when I was younger. It intrigued me so much. I started the challenge the presented in the book. The challenge was to pray Jabez’s prayer for thirty days. It was amazing, I started doing it and God started blessing. Now, it was ‘small’ things that happened but to my little mind it was living and breathing miracles! Like the day my cat came back home after I thought it had been lost, it was big stuff to me.

But why are people so afraid to ask? I know so many want to stay away from the ‘name it claim it’ and ‘prosperity gospel’ but what is wrong with asking? If we are to be grounded in faith then why not?! ‘Faith is the assurance of things hoped for’, right? That is what my Bible says at least.

1 Chronicles 4:9-10

9And Jabez was more honourable than his brethren: and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, Because I bare him with sorrow.

10And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.

Ask, seek, knock.

Don’t be afraid. Try it.
