Giving a lot of information clearly and in a few words; brief but comprehensive
Alrighty folks, I have found that in life that most people lack the knowledge of this word. When communicating over the phone I find it something that is missing in most customer calls. Having patience with these calls like this today is something I am needing in abundance today.

That's why it deserves a blog post. Hang in there. Someday, "concise" will rub off on every one else, and then we'll be asking for detailed people again. For now...I have to say I much prefer concise people too!!!
