ciudad en una colina

"You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden."

[Friday]

Red and white band stands-they were more like the can for the sardines. It was the day of the parade-the new Presidente had just been inaugurated the day before and it was time for the people to celebrate.

From there we went to dinner...

I know that I am a bit behind and haven't been writing much but hopefully I will be able to tell more once I get back into the states...Hey, pictures speak a thousand words right?

We leave in just a couple hours for the airport...my bags are packed but I am not ready.

Not ready to leave these people I love. Not ready to return to the familiar places. These places have become familiar and the people have me. I know it sounds so  out there and maybe it's not a big deal but to me I just don't even have words to describe it all to you of how much I love this place.

be blessed
